Meet the team
Colin Sneddon Dip.FD. Business Owner and Funeral Director
Colin opened up his first funeral parlour based in Cowdenbeath on 3rd February 2020 and from that day forward has strived to do the very best for the families that require the services of the business and by doing so Colin Sneddon Funeral Directors has become a success which has lead to expansion to Leven in December 2022 and most recently in Kelty in July 2024. Colin oversees all branches and all aspects of the business and alway continues to improve the business with the help of his partner Nicola.
Ingrid Berg Blockley. Funeral Director and Office Manager
Ingrid joined the business in January 2022 as a part time helper when it was busy and from day one showed that she was destined to be in the funeral industry. It wasn’t before long that Ingrid became a full-time funeral arranger based at our Leven branch. From there she strived to do better and after hard work and a lot of dedication for the company Ingrid became a Funeral Director and just for good measure also office manager. Ingrid is a great example of a success story if you want it hard enough. Ingrid also takes care of the business when Colin is on holiday etc……
Gary Stevenson. Funeral service co-ordinator and graphic designer
Gary joined the business in February 2024 based at our Cowdenbeath branch. Gary looks after the Cowdenbeath branch doing arrangements and he is our very own graphic designer for designing the order of service and many other things for our families for all branches, a fantastic talent to have. Gary is very versatile and does all the work behind the scenes when Colin is not available, building coffins etc and much more. Gary also runs the Knights Templar Goodwill Charity based in Cowdenbeath and it goes to show he has the interests of the community at heart.
